
I had an early morning workout– 30 minutes (Stairmaster), 20 minutes (Strength Training)
When I got home I cooked 1 small chopped apple over the stove until soft, about 10 minutes. I then prepared 1/3 cup Hodgson Mill’s Multigrain Hot Cereal over the stove. I stirred in a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, 1 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 of the cooked apples. I topped with the remainder of the apples, 1 tbs. chopped pecans and a dollop of apple butter. A side of cottage cheese too, about 1/4 cup.
